ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-16, verse-184

खेचरीं दर्शयेन्मुद्रां निवेद्यानन्तरं ततः ।
सर्वसिद्धिप्रदे चक्रे त्रिकोणे सर्वकामदे ॥१८४॥
184. khecarīṁ darśayenmudrāṁ nivedyānantaraṁ tataḥ ,
sarvasiddhiprade cakre trikoṇe sarvakāmade.

184. After that, having made an offering, one should display the khecarī mudrā in the triangular cakra that bestows all spiritual attainments and fulfills all desires.
