महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-8, verse-51

निद्रालस्यं देहयत्नं केशविन्यासमेव च ।
आसक्तिमशने वस्त्रे नातिरिक्तं ससाचरेत् ॥५१॥
51. nidrālasyaṁ dehayatnaṁ keśavinyāsameva ca ,
āsaktimaśane vastre nātiriktaṁ sasācaret.
51. nidrā-alasyaṃ deha-yatnaṃ keśa-vinyāsam eva ca
āsaktim aśane vastre na atiriktaṃ samācharet
51. nidrā-alasyaṃ deha-yatnaṃ keśa-vinyāsam ca eva

51. O Devi, one should not indulge excessively in sleep, laziness, bodily care, hair styling, or in attachment to food and clothing.
