अथवाऽन्यप्रकारेण पुरश्चरणमुच्यते ।
कृष्णां चतुर्दशीं प्राप्य कौजे वा शनिवासरे ।
पञ्चतत्त्वं समानीय पूजयित्वा जगन्मयीम् ॥८२॥

82. athavā'nyaprakāreṇa puraścaraṇamucyate ,
kṛṣṇāṁ caturdaśīṁ prāpya kauje vā śanivāsare ,
pañcatattvaṁ samānīya pūjayitvā jaganmayīm.

82. Alternatively, the puraścaryā is described in another way. Having reached the dark fourteenth day of the lunar month on a Tuesday or a Saturday, and having gathered the pañcatattva, he should worship the goddess who is the embodiment of the universe.
