कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-7, verse-32

अङ्गुलीभिश्च सर्वाभिरुक्तो भूतबलिः प्रिये ।
अङ्गुष्ठतर्जनीभ्याञ्च क्षेत्रपालबलिर्भवेत् ।
अङ्गुष्ठमध्यमाभ्याञ्च राजराजेश्वरस्य च ॥३२॥
32. aṅgulībhiśca sarvābhirukto bhūtabaliḥ priye ,
aṅguṣṭhatarjanībhyāñca kṣetrapālabalirbhavet ,
aṅguṣṭhamadhyamābhyāñca rājarājeśvarasya ca.

32. O dear one, the offering to the spirits is declared with all the fingers, the offering to Kṣetrapāla should be with the thumb and the index finger, and that to Rājarājeśvara with the thumb and the middle finger.
