कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-4, verse-74

अक्षरात्मा खिलमन्त्राधिदेवतायै सकलं ततः ।
तथा फलप्रदायै च षोडश कूटेश्वरी पुनः ॥७४॥
74. akṣarātmā khilamantrādhidevatāyai sakalaṁ tataḥ ,
tathā phalapradāyai ca ṣoḍaśa kūṭeśvarī punaḥ.

74. tataḥ akṣarātmā sakalam khilamantrādhidevatāyai tathā phalapradāyai ca,
punaḥ ṣoḍaśa kūṭeśvarī
74. The whole syllable-essence (of the mantra) is then dedicated to the presiding deity of all the mantras, and likewise to the bestower of its fruit. Again, the sixteenth group belongs to Kūṭeśvarī.
