तस्य धर्मस्य माहात्म्यं सर्वधर्मोत्तमस्य च ।
ऊद्र्ध्वाम्नायस्य माहात्म्यं तन्मतं वद मे प्रभो ।
वद मे परमेशान यदि तेऽस्ति कृपा मयि ॥२॥

2. tasya dharmasya māhātmyaṁ sarvadharmottamasya ca ,
ūdrdhvāmnāyasya māhātmyaṁ tanmataṁ vada me prabho ,
vada me parameśāna yadi te'sti kṛpā mayi.

sarvadharmottamasya ca ūrdhvāmnāyasya māhātmyaṃ
tat mataṃ vada me prabho vada me
parameśāna yadi te asti kṛpā mayi

prabho parameśāna yadi mayi te kṛpā
asti (tarhi) sarvadharmottamasya tasya
dharmasya māhātmyaṃ ūrdhvāmnāyasya
māhātmyaṃ ca tat mataṃ me vada me vada

2. O lord, supreme ruler, if you have compassion for me, please tell me the greatness of that path, which is superior to all paths, and the greatness of the ūrdhvāmnāya (highest tradition), along with its doctrine. Tell me!
