श्रीचक्रस्थं कुलद्रव्यं यः पशुभ्यः प्रयच्चति ।
स्नेहाल्लोभाद्भयाद्वापि स भवेद् योगिनीपशुः ॥३८॥

38. If someone gives the kula substance, which is situated in the śrīcakra, to the paśus out of affection, greed, or even fear, he becomes a beast of the yoginīs.
