यदि चेद्दीक्षितो ज्येष्ठः कुलपूजादिवजीतः ।
तत्कनिष्ठः क्रमज्ञश्चेत् कुलपूजां समाचरेत् ॥३॥

3. If the eldest, though initiated, is devoid of lineage worship and such practices, then the younger one, should he know the proper sequential order, may perform the lineage worship.
