कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-1, verse-75

एकभक्तोपवासाद्यैनीयमैः कायशोषणैः ।
मूढः परोक्षमिच्चन्ति तव मायाविमोहिताः ॥७५॥
75. ekabhaktopavāsādyainīyamaiḥ kāyaśoṣaṇaiḥ ,
mūḍhaḥ parokṣamiccanti tava māyāvimohitāḥ.

mūḍhāḥ parokṣam icchanti tava māyāvimohitāḥ
75. tava māyāvimohitāḥ mūḍhāḥ ekabhaktopavāsādyaiḥ
kāyaśoṣaṇaiḥ niyamaiḥ parokṣam icchanti
75. Deluded by your illusion (māyā), foolish people seek the unperceivable (supreme reality) through ascetic observances that emaciate the body, such as eating only once a day or fasting.
