इहैव नरकव्याधेश्चिकित्सां न करोति यः ।
गत्वा निरौषधं स्थानं व्याधिस्थः किं करिष्यति ॥२४॥

24. ihaiva narakavyādheścikitsāṁ na karoti yaḥ ,
gatvā nirauṣadhaṁ sthānaṁ vyādhisthaḥ kiṁ kariṣyati.

iha eva naraka-vyādheḥ cikitsām na karoti yaḥ gatvā

24. He who does not seek treatment for the affliction of hell right here in this life, what will he do when he goes, sick with disease, to a realm where no remedy exists?
