चतुवीधशरीराणि धृत्वा धृत्वा सहस्रशः ।
सुकृतान्मानवो भूत्वा ज्ञानी चेन्मोक्षमाप्नुयात् ॥१३॥

13. After assuming thousands of bodies of the four types over and over, one becomes a human being through accumulated merit; if one then becomes a possessor of knowledge (gyāni), one attains liberation.
